It seems like the handoff from the shotgun allows the opposing Defenses to penetrate to the backfield and the LBs more time to react quicker. With Rodger leading the way up the hole, McMillian and Shai could get through to the second level more effectively. A faster team will eventually shut down those Jet sweeps and quick passes to the flats as well more effectively than LU did. I just like the North-South run plays instead of running 100 mph all the way across the field to get 2 or 3 yards. But it was great to see the amount of touches the WR got. CJ Carroll looked pretty quick out there as well. Almost like a Wes Welker or Eddie Royal type.
