Take things one step at a time and do your best with each challenges it comes up.

I have a friend who had to have bone marrow replaced do to a rare form of cancer. It seemed to have failed and it seemed that the next step might have been entering hospice when suddenly the donor marrow kicked in and her numbers are looking MUCH better.

So no matter what setbacks mag happen or how bad things may seem try to stay positive and take it 1 step at a time.
