teams like GT and FSU... they have to play GA and UF every year- if they also played ND and 9 ACC games, they will potentially lose home games, the associated revenue, and have even less schedule flexibility- not to mention difficulty. Paul Johnson does not want to have only 1 "free schedule" game in a year that he plays ND, 9 ACC games and UGA.. that could be a killer schedule with only 5 home games.
