The amount of recruiting articles that I have read where a good majority of recruits when asked about their contact with VT staff seems like a lot of them state that they haven't heard much from the staff or that they have been spotty in their communication with them. I know the staff can't be everywhere or call every day but it seems like the highly regarded recruits would get more calls or some type of communication. You can read some of the more recent articles from different sites and see the same kind of statements.
