That's pretty much not correct on all accounts.


There was almost a year and a half left on the existing contract at the time this was signed so the revenue stream wouldn't have been disrupted at all by putting it off 6 months. Weaver had very little (to more likely nothing) to do with this at all. Whit didn't have to sign it.
