What's this?

I think that is the intent of this whole plan. They want larger donors to


stop buying tickets at a high priority level for other members. They want these other members to pony up more money. Whether they have the right formula is my concern. In theory it should work, but I worry about the NoVa, Richmond and Tidewater folks bowing out all together because of cost (both time and money).
