to be all that detailed. All they really need to do is to fill in the chart below with what the new rankings using end-of-year 2015 data (and correct the old as they're just guesses). Posting that would answer a ton of questions. I've asked them about it and they thought it was a very good idea but still sounded like it might not happen until October.
