Fund and General Fund are synonymous. The General Fund being the Hokie Club.

With regard to you last question/comment, I believe staff at VT (and other State universities) can purchase season tickets at a discount rate, which I believe the HC staff do. It is possible/probable that tickets may be provided to HC staff at times as part of their professional fund raising actvities.

I believe the other questions you present are very relevant to the matters at hand, and in the spirit of transparency, should be answered. I suppose you could invoke the Virginia Freedom of Information Act to get the answers to these questions if the are not voluntarily provided.
