Athletes. The schools that allow the transgressions should be punished. Zero home sporting events for a three year period and forfeiture of any "profit sharing" from NCAA events i.e. NCAA tourney money. This punishes the school where they will feel it without taking away the ability for students to have opportunities to be scholarship athletes.
