Have been able to run by and catch a little of the past couple practices. Have mostly watched the O line. Have noticed that Nijman has not been there. Anyone know if he is injured or class obligation or something of that nature. Haven't seen him in a green or blue jersey. Line is looking the best I have seen it in a LONG time. Believe the light has definitely came on for Osterloh. I believe our starting five will be very good. The most exciting part is I see a huge improvement in the backups. Moore looks really athletic and moves well. Can see him really pushing McGlothlin for that tackle spot. I also see a lot of promise in Mitchell at the Guard position. Believe that was a good move for him. The player that has caught my eye and seems like a really physical and hard-nosed type is Austin Cannon. He's got a great shot at making an impact down the road in my opinion. I was impressed with Plantin as well when I saw them previously this spring. He unfortunately is in a green jersey (aka: the CHUNG jersey). Down vote me if you want....I just call it like I see it. I"m just really excited about how much more physical we appear to be up front and I see Coach Vance really working on the mental aspects which I haven't seen as much of in past years. I'm hoping this will help with the pre-snap penalties and missed assignments.
