I have attended Spring games for years. Off and on since 1964.

Plain vanilla is the key word. 3 basic (maybe 4) offensive sets and 2-3 different plays off each set. Reducing injuries is no. 1 priority. Therefore, a lot if not all, players get to play. But hey, that's ok, I love going (so does my wife). We meet friends and have a great time. AND NOBODY LOSES!
