Sands and Whit have really done a great job of transitioning the university through the recent wave of change. They've done it in a way that respects the past accomplishments while honoring those and confidently pivoting to an exciting future, Relatively young proven coaches in three major programs - VT may be one of the surprise universities of the next decade. We need to fully appreciate the foundation our recent leadership laid and the energy and talent of our new leadership team. I think many already do. The opportunity is there and I sense we're seizing it.
