Are the reasons I'm hearing behind Buzz not entertaining any job offers. This year indeed created a lot of..buzz, in Blacksburg, a year or two ahead of schedule. Him wanting to build on that was a big if not the biggest reason. His family just getting comfortable in Blacksburg, they love it there. And I also heard one of his assistants mention that, when the day he announced he was leaving Marqutte, was on March 21st, Hill's Bday. Hill signed with buzz early at Marqutte and had that news hit him so late in the game during his senior year. Buzz just wasn't going to do that again to him around his bday, after following him to VT already. That played a big part. Also his asst coaches..Isaac Chew particularly, passed up some small D1 head coaching jobs last year, to stick with Buzz. All of these reasons kept buzz in Blacksburg from what I'm hearing. Expect him to be around for a while. Go Hokies.
