Weight is also of concern for his knee & rehabilitation
After his first injury, he ballooned up and was working to remove weight, the discipline to curb the appetite combined with workouts that help keep him metabolism up are critical for his turnaround. Not sure how much speed he has lost during his time away, my fear is that sitting out another season will only further hinder his chances of being an impact player on the field.
Here's to Williams having a solid spring and making excellence progress in both his weight and rehabilitation of the knee.
