All but about 10 programs out there would kill for Miami's talent, including VT. If VT were recruiting like that for 2 or 3 years straight, we would be betting the farm on ACC Championships and Playoff spots. Just a matter of time before the right coaching and qb chemistry pays off for them.

And to be frank, they haven't been horrible these last 10 years. They've still been getting bowl invites and the likes. It's not a total rebuild by any means down there.
