before TG left, Cody Grimm, who is a graduate assistant coach this season, was going to be focused on the safeties while TG focused on the Corners.

Coach Scott was going to take only the DE's because Foster sees their development as critical to this season's defense.

Now with TG gone, Scott (and presumably Grimm) are going to be working with the Safeties + Nickel/Whip, Mitchell will be coaching Corners and Wiles is back to coaching the entire DL. (hopefully with a GA helping out)
