Exactly. Even when we hired him, I saw that buyout schedule


And realized that we did not hire Buzz for the long haul. He always felt like an interim coach to me. Frankly, I think we only hired Buzz to generate some excitement, knowing that in 2 to 4 years when he moved on, we would be in much better shape to hire someone else.
