Who won the ACC COY for 2015? What about 2014? No one remembers those awards. Of course we all wanted Buzz to win. Look what he did with our team this year, he took us from #14 to #6. We now play anyone in the ACC and we are upset when we lose. Last year we were excited if we were in a conference game at halftime. We run smart plays, our players know how to react when things get out of hand (except the press), we can play teams that dwarf us in size and athleticism. What I am trying to say is no one is going to remember that Larranaga won the COY in 2016. But every Hokie will remember that this was the year that the Hokies shocked the ACC and won 5 games to close out the season. As Buzz has said in his interviews he will never win it because he isnt political, and if he had won the award it would have detracted from how well all our players played each and every game.

So lets watch as the Hokies do something that will be remembered 10 years from now by winning the ACCT.

On a side note: I do feel sorry for Buzz for missing out on $25k bonus for COY per his contract...
