it took a few more minutes for the MSR, but can't beat it for efficiency/lightness .
You could buy a coleman (at the time) gas canister and it would be "flame on" but those were pretty bulky and probably expensive in terms of buying their canisters versus, ironically, care Coleman fuel and getting a weeks worth of heating.
