Otherwise you are going to be contending with all the other lots on 11E and


those leaving 394 through to I-81. There is also a crap load of people leaving the neighborhood yard lots onto 394.
The other way is to park off 394 behind the track and head towards 421. you can then take There are signs the whole way..
