Bad decisions.

UT coach is not a good guy and could basically be tied to, or even caused, a pretty bad environment.

Sounds like reckless endangerment, accessory to rape, conspiracy or obstruction, and possibly worse. How involved was he in the other players' actions after the fact? I have no idea, but this is not going to go away in six months, that's for sure. I hope he goes to jail, if this is all true.

My guess is that if comes out that it is true, he's fired within a week of that, just from the liability standpoint.
