IT IS POSSIBLE HE FIRED IT WHILE CLEANING


It is entirely possible that he fired the gun while cleaning, to remove the slide of a Glock, you must pull the trigger so that it is not in a cocked position..not saying it is an excuse because you should always safety check the gun, but it is definitely possible.
