The statement isn't about what Fuente "likes" -- it's about describing the characteristics of winning and losing teams. Winning teams are comprised of people who work together, have each other's backs, pull in the same direction, etc. Losing teams are comprised of cliques that point fingers, complain, and make it about themselves rather than the group.

Nothing in there is about the coach liking or disliking criticism. It isn't about what he LIKES...its about what WORKS.

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but the people who think the statement is Fuente being thin-skinned or not liking criticism are people who likely have had virtually no experience building or being a part of a high-performance team.
