So? Maybe we're about as talented as they are?...

Really tired of people saying how "overmatched" we are "talent-wise".
That's only really been true IMO vs WVU, Iowa St & UNC. Everyone else may have a matchup advantage or two, sure, but show me a UVA player who is CLEARLY more talented than Jalen Hudson. They have Brogdon who is more consistent and older, more mature.

Seth Allen is every bit (if not more) talented as Parrentes. Seth just hasn't had a consistent shooting year. Imagine what may happen if Allen starts shooting like he did vs Pitt AND everyone else is dialed in. I don't think Gill is more TALENTED than Blackshear...more experienced, yes, but not more talented.

Now, all that said, UVA IS more experienced and plays better at JPJ, and we have a young team not yet sure of themselves in those type of environments. So, we MAY get beat by a bit, but so has every other ACC team there.

I happen to think our first game was NOT a fluke. We took a good shot from a red hot Parrentes and still got out to a 9 pt lead late. We did it by being quicker to the basket and athletically competing with them at every turn.
