Yes, he's very streaky on the 3s, yet he keeps shooting them a lot. Most attempts on the team, yet only shooting 28.2%.

But remember, Buzz likes to attack the basket and get free throw attempts. And guess which one of Buzz's guards has the most FT attempts, by a mile? Seth Allen, with 145. Of the guards and the wings, no one else is close. Hudson has 78 FTAs, Robinson 71, Bibbs only 39. On the entire team, LeDay has more attempts -- 149 -- but no one else is close to those two.

Seth also makes a lot of free throws. He shoots 75.9%, second only to LeDay (79.2%) and none of the other guards and wings are over 70%.

So Buzz tolerates the mistakes and misses because Seth is aggressive and productive in an area that Buzz values. Like most of us, Buzz is probably just wishing that Seth would throw it away less, share it more, and hit a few more 3s.
