Forget about the pay thing entirely... Florida is a definite upgrade for TG!

Also, if he has any aspiration to move up the football coaching ladder he had to look at moving to gain more experience in other programs.

A DB coach at one school is going to have the same opportunity for a coordinator job as a D coordinator staying at one school has for a HC job.
