"Fire the coach".

As for being a fan, I have been one since I moved to Blacksburg in the 5th grade in 65. Never missed a game. I now live in CA. I watch every game on air. WBB, I watch ESPN3 or HokiesXtra. Seen them all. I have made observations for every game. Where have you been??? Did you congratulate the team over beating TN and PSU???? We broke streaks on both wins. You weren't here. Have you congratulated the team on any win??? Not that I know of. So who is the fan? And who is not??

Never idolized any coach either. I have seen Claiborne, Coffey, Sharpe, Dooley, & Beamer. I have seen Shannon, Devoe, Moir, Allen Foster, Greenberg, JJ & now Williams. I have seen Alfano, Henrickson, BD and DW. I have never complained about any coach. Nor have I ever said a coach needed firing. We have an AD for that, and I trust them to do their job.

It is too bad that you cannot recognize that this team has made significant improvement overall and in conference. 14-6 and 2-5 exceed last years record already. I anticipate this team will win 4 -6 more games. Finishing up the regular season with 18 - 20 wins and 6 -8 wins in conference would be sweet. Throw in a couple of wins in the ACC tourney and perhaps the team goes to post-season play. That would most likely mean that Dennis will be back. And that would kill you. It is too bad that you are more interested in firing the coach than supporting the team. There is talent there. A lot of it is youmg. They will only get better. too bad you won't support them.

As for your screaming and vulgarity, I will let you stay in the gutter by yourself. I will not engage in that.

Now that I think about it, you remind me of a parent who was never good at sports. Now you have a child who is. So you try to live out your dreams through your child. So you wind up taking it to an obnoxious level.
