The culture of VTs offense is ill, tainted, untrusted by to many coaches and recruits for many years now. I am talking about the current recruits perception (this yrs incoming class and the previous 5 -7 years). This will and already is changing with CJF. But...the damage done offensively at VT by Coach Beamer hindered offensive recruiting which caught up in the wins and losses columns which then effected defensive recruiting (overall team recruiting ranking).

Add to the above tainted offensive culture as the primary problem which led to poor offensive recruiting, the decreased wins and increased losses, the defensive recruiting then falling with a Head Coaching turnover and you get a class ranked 47th.

P.S. I think we actually finish no better if CFB announced he was staying. To much of a negative perception for VT offensively across VA and the ACC. This.......will change. We are now going in the right direction.
