Chris is right, Hill is his boy, and there relationship is well documented in being one of a father-son. Head coaches at this level almost never get on the court and work players out themselves..if another player was the one with hills injury, say Devin Wilson, would Buzz be out there like he would be with hill? Hard to say. But he would never turn down a player from coming to the gym early to work out, and he would 100% take notice of the effort and drive to get better. I think its more of a bonding time for Hill and Buzz tho. Hill wants to be great, his work ethic backs that up. When you combine a player with that kind of drive and willingness to be great, and the head coach waking up at 5am to help you achieve it, is recipe for success. Hill could end up being a Buddy Heild type.
