The bigger issue is that the cardinal defense allowed GB the plays to advance the ball. When people criticize coaches for management, it often comes around after that coaches defense failed.

NE almost gave up scores to KC despite holding them back all game long. Teams do that. Pittsburg had the game against Cincinnati in control under Roethlesberger got hurt but it was the Pitt defense that let Cincinnati back into the game.
