I know he's only a t-FR this year, but we were TERRIBLE when he got

extensive playing time. I am certainly hopeful, and I expect him to be much better next year than this year, but his 2 chances at extended PT were:

Q1 vs GT, due to Clarke suspension: 1 tackle; GT 3 drives, 143 yards, 14 pts (rest of game 10 drives, 115 yards, 7 pts)
Bowl Game, due to Clarke suspension: Tulsa 563 yards, 52 points; Edmunds DID get 5 tackles though

In both games, there were huge gashing runs due to bad LB fits. It's not ALL on Tremaine, but he wasn't very good in those games. Like I said, I *think* he'll get better, but I haven't seen the evidence yet. I think people are just excited about him in large part because he is....well, large.
