There should have been some rebel coaches out there that early in the season when someone in their program tested positive - - they should have then quarantined the rest of the program with that person with no distancing and a medical physician watching everyone closely for health issues. Then what you hopefully have is an entire program that should not be able to ( who actually knows if that’s true ) but should not be able to contract/spread the virus any more. Because what we have out on the court and in the programs are so many people who CAN contract and spread the virus unbeknownst to them until after the positive test result.

I am glad the sports nation has had the season of college bball that we have had and I hate to sound negative; but there is no way the NCAA tourney gets played through without covid interfering and any team who lucks through it and wins ( if it gets that far ) is always going to have a social asterisk beside their trophy....

All condolences to anyone who has been affected by the virus, but it’s so hard to hide the frustrations it gives me, with or without basketball.
