Outsiders objective take on vt

I read a lot of boards and have seen chatter here especially this off season about what it would take to get vt to the next level. I see a few obstacle but nothing unrealistic. Would it get vt bama good no, but it would get you smelling the top 10 yearly and smelling the playoff every few seasons. At that point a natty just becomes a numbers game because you are positioned to capitalize on a season with the ball bouncing your way.

For one thing facilities need to be an ongoing thing not a once every 20 year agenda. That takes resources and strategy. If the current guys can’t get it done then you make changes (you decide if they can get it done I’m just asking the correct question)

In line with that with maybe the same folks responsible we have a resource driven focus on all cutting edge developmental things including nutrition, coaching, and life skills.

Third thing is just do you have the right head man. He isn’t singularly responsible for the first two things but he is part of it plus he has to execute. He’s the ceo, the president and AD and other important officials are board members. Do we need to purge the board or make a management change?
