Well, we do have a mess.

And you know what, someone’s getting paid big bucks that got us in this mess.

So it seems to me that those folks need to go.

When I was working, I would try and mentor someone who made a mistake, but I would have zero tolerance for anyone that did something that could potentially wreck the company.

From where I sit, that’s exactly what’s at play here.

We are now in a situation where there are bad choices and worse choices.

We shouldn’t have these people around that have put us in this position.
