Alleyne ahead of Cone. Both are streaky but Alleyne is better defensively and his streaks are not as extreme as Cone’s. Cone is a great Hokie & can be awesome in some games. Shooting slumps that last ~1/3 of a season and counting are a major problem. Until he proves otherwise I think Cone is definitely not a starter but is more a situational player. I respect CMY starting Cone to try to get him out of his slump but I think it is hurting the team at this point. I don’t think we win yesterday if Cone doesn’’t get hurt.
