He pled not guilty on the DUI charge, but had a plea deal pre-arranged.
He pled "not guilty" with the stipulation that he be found guilty. A technicality, but the official "not guilty" plea meant the judge couldn't ask questions about the event.
He pled no contest on the gun charge. Seems that will be dismissed in a year if he stays out of trouble. They're also going to hold his gun for the year.
