Certainly it's in Radford's interest to get this behind him as soon as possible (since he's already suspended). That's why his lawyer arranged to pull in the court date. So now they have the option to approach VT athletics about reinstatement plan. I don't think pulling in the court date automatically means reinstatement, but now that option is on the table a week earlier.
