It's the combination. Those two bad decisions exponentially increase the likelihood of a 3rd bad decision that could end up with a really, really bad outcome.

I hate it. I don't think he meant to do it, but those types of things come with consequences. Why? Because people get killed everyday in this country because of this type of situation.
