When he did leave, there was little backlog remaining and miraculously he had several contracts in hand. Plus the biggest client we had announces that he insists that our firm owners must subcontract to his new firm to do the work or he’s cancelling the contract. What a mess. Our staff of 8 were all close to losing our jobs due to that unethical, self-centered a-hole.
