Ironic that there's a lot of truth in that, esp. when one is in their teens & early 20s. When we'd enter a group of people, we were so sure that all eyes were on us, looking us over, making preliminary assessments of us (all negative).
And it's kinda true. For about 3 seconds. That's when every other person resumes obsessing about how all eyes are actually on THEM.
