Williams came in as a DE (although projected by some services to be DT) and put on a lot of weight to make the switch and never really materialized. Pinkney on the other hand was really good in 2018 and 2019 and we thought was going to be really good but had a few injury bugs and never really came on in 2020. Both were stuck behind younger guys (Bresee and Davis) with other poised to challenge them next year like Capehart and Williams (different williams) so none of us were surprised by this. I think we will still have 7 quality tackles who quite frankly have talent but are very young as a group. It’s End I’m more worried about lots of under publicized attrition there during and before season.
