20% has been just plain bad luck which in turn feeds on itself. 10% is the administration's/state's decisions. 5% is a downward spiral affecting all of college football and 10% is an increasingly pathetic fanbase. (Yep, I'm calling out my fellow Hokies.) Fuente owns the other 55%, give or take.
