No doubt. Playing in the Cotton used to be such an honor.

So if you miss out on the playoff then its time to shut things down. Players and now even coaches don't care to represent their schools in these once traditional games against other good teams. Screw the fact that you're on scholarship or making millions because its not worth your time. I mean it is all about the narcissistic coaches and players right? Who cares about all of the donors that keep all of these programs in the black and who pay for the scholarships, stipends, and for the coaches to get rich. Its about you.

Anyway college football is in steep decline with no end to it in sight. Bowls will begin going under in the coming years and fans really have no reason to shell out coin to go to these exhibition games being played by back ups and coached by coaches who don't care to be there. This will all make for less compelling reasons for donors to donate and for ticket sales to continue declining. Less competition for tickets will in turn lead to fewer donations as good seats will be available for less. The sad thing is that this is all deserved and the sport has become too much about the individual and not the team and school which made it great.
