I posted a link below to all time top rated recruits at Tech from 247 sports. I think there are three ratings services now so who do we believe? Back in June, I calculated that 62% of the three and four stars will contribute while 100% of the 5 stars will contribute. When I say contribute, I just mean starters who make significant tackles,catches, yards, touchdowns.

I don't think going from 14th to 10th is an improvement but we won't know the true recruiting results until a few years later. I don't think there is that much of a difference between 3/4 star guys but the 5 star guys are at a higher level.
