Contrast that with Mike Young, who brought Wofford guys for support...


...but went out and found legit P5 assistants to start. One of them left after 1 year, but that was (in MY's opinion) enough time for him to have shown the ropes to one of his Wofford guys, who then got promoted. This probably would've been a good model for Fu to have followed, in hindsight.
