Legendre is from New Orleans and having lived there and had a wife teach in the local public school system, most guys who leave and don’t work out where they are it’s a culture issue. And not a inner city vs somewhere else kind of thing, Louisiana culture is just different, especially New Orleans. I’d look to see him heading back to the Gulf Coast although I’d take him in a heart beat if he wanted to become a Hokie.
