I think most college teams will fair no better or worse in the long run with the portal. We will lose some good ones and bad ones and gain some good ones and bad ones. There also isn't enough of a volume of players for the portal to be considered a recruiting ground. If we want to do better with players and personnel, it starts with recruiting. The portal will be a wash.
