Certainly not Covid as Covid is everywhere but also certainly we had more cases earlier and more of an impact on who was out from week to week than a whole lot of teams. Does that factor in or do you think the walk on DBs should have performed like starters?

Certainly the new staff did both for the defense and recruiting. Would you not agree that our staff saw changes were needed staff wise and did so after the 2019 season. Certainly you are not suggesting it is bad coaching for our D to look so lost given all the changes and conditions.

Just take those 2 and the reality that we are at about a 7.5 wins per year program right now which is about what we have averaged under 2 different coaches over the past 10 years. Whereas that is not where we want to be, you are what your wins are.

There simply is not the evidence of total coaching, or even near total coaching failure. We may not like it but recent history says that every recruiting class will suffer at least 1 losing season.
