But why didn't take a toll from game 1 through UVA? Did it just now add up

Our players were able to find it within themselves to go on after NC State, or BC, or Liberty, or Clemson. Did it just take the toll right after the UVA game. Did the toll happen right when the clock went to 0.00, or did it happen 2 hours later, etc. Why didn't the toll requests it due from game one through the UVA game? This is why I just don't buy it.
