They are paid full tuition, room, board, and free advertising if good enough to make millions. They aren't doing this all for Goodwill or Salvation Army. A degree with full tuition, room, board, food, for 4 years is about what, 125 grand worth of pay? That's a 33,000 dollar per year salary for an 18-22 year old kid, and for the ones good enough, they get recognized and can go play in the NFL, Europe, Canada, Coaching in roads, etc. They aren't doing it for free.

Again, if you have health worries, why no worries from game one through the UVA game? It's quitting in my opinion.
